OPEN POSITION: ADMIN ASSISTANT
Job description:
The Admin Assistant’s main function is to serve the administrative needs of the office in general, such as but not limited to clerical and office works in the areas of procurement, warehousing, logistics, operations as well as general administration.
Responsibilities
-
Ensure that all administrative tasks and processes comply with the specific guidelines set by the assigned department
-
Maintain clear communication with department heads or team members to ensure everyone is aligned with the department’s processes and timelines.
-
Prepare regular reports, updates, and summaries that reflect the current status of tasks or processes as per the department’s system.
-
Graduate of any 4 year course
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-
1–3 years of experience in a similar role or in administrative tasks is an advantage
-
Must be willing to be assigned in Quezon City
-
Can start immediately.
